Reanna was born and raised in Idaho Falls, where she still calls home today. Before joining the Manwaring Web Solutions team, she spent several years working in client success management, developing strong communication and organizational skills that naturally translated into her role as Administrative Assistant.
At Smartly Done, Reanna handles much of the billing and day-to-day client coordination. She’s also the first voice you’ll often hear when calling in, known for her friendly, upbeat personality and professional phone etiquette. Reanna prides herself on helping clients feel welcome and supported while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
When she’s not working, Reanna’s life is happily filled with animals: three Sphynx cats, a fluffy Nebelung, a poodle, a beagle, and a cockapoo. She and her husband enjoy playing Fortnite together, and she loves catching drag shows with friends or unwinding with RuPaul’s Drag Race. She’s also a fan of tattoos and is slowly building out her collection.
Whether it’s managing client accounts at work or caring for her busy household of pets, Reanna brings the same mix of organization, energy, and positivity to everything she does.
