We specialize in helping small and medium-sized organizations, including budding entrepreneurs, established medical clinics, professional service businesses, hospitals, non-profits, schools, and local government agencies.

Digital Marketing Content Specialist

We are seeking someone who can help expand the workload and bandwidth of our existing digital marketing team. This position will work on digital marketing campaigns for a wide variety of clients. We are excited to find someone who cohesively mixes with our existing team, excels as a self-starter, and is eager to adapt to our culture and clients. We’ll provide training and resources in any areas that our new hire needs. Great written and verbal communication skills are a must; we work with a variety of clients from all different industries across the United States, meaning communication is frequently required both internally and externally with the team in our Tampa, Florida, and Idaho Falls, Idaho, offices.

Skills & Qualifications


  • A Bachelor Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong content editing skills
  • Experience creating multimedia content for social media use
  • Strong technical skills


  • Experience managing commercial social media accounts
  • Experience using Content Management Systems to manage websites

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage content processes
    • Perform content audits
    • Collaborate with our team of content writers to manage content generation
    • Review and edit developed content
    • Provide feedback to client managers and content writers for continuous improvement
    • Manage communication with clients for content approval and ensure overall client satisfaction
    • Organize and load website content using a professional content management system while bringing a creative take to help give the client’s website a unique look
  • Strategize, ideate, and create social media content for a wide range of clients
    • Brainstorm post ideas, create graphics and written copy, work with clients to match brand and tone, and interact with others on social media as the client's social media account
  • Assist Digital Marketing Team with related tasks as needed

Hourly Rate: To be determined based on experience.

Hours: Full-time. Monday-Friday.
