Carter is a part-time intern and a full-time student, studying business management at Brigham Young University-Idaho. He is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. Carter served a church mission in Argentina, during which he trained several new missionaries.
Before his time in Argentina, Carter played college football in Billings, Mont., gaining understanding of teamwork, discipline, and hard work. He loves sports, especially winter activities like skiing and snowmobiling. Carter is engaged, with plans to marry in April.
