Carly is a proud Florida State University alumni with a degree in English Literature. Her career has spanned Public Relations, Account Management, and Freelance Marketing, and she is thrilled to be able to use all of the skills she's picked up along the way at Smartly Done. As our Client Support Lead, she's your go-to for website support requests, questions, and updates. Carly prides herself on solution-oriented service and treating our clients with care and positivity - if she doesn't know the answer, she'll find it!
She also lends her expertise in language and marketing to our Digital Marketing team, crafting social media content for our catalog of clients.
When she's not at the office, she seeks out creative outlets, including DIY home improvement projects, rehabbing thrifted furniture, and helping friends with interior design. On the weekends, you can find her and her husband shuttling their daughters to lacrosse and soccer, or enjoying brunch with friends.
